FAQ

Q. do i really need to be active on social media?

A. Do you use it yourself? Chances are, you do. Whether you’re strictly on social media sites like Facebook and Instagram to stay in touch and socialize, or you already use these platforms for business purposes — you are someone’s target audience. And yes, your target audience is using social media too. Although platforms evolve and algorithms change, the concept of social media has taken the world by storm and it isn’t going away any time soon. Social media marketing doesn’t always look like an ad, the best ones never do.

Q. how do i measure whether or not social media is even working?

A. It’s all about goals. You can’t measure a tactic if you don’t have specific goals set up ahead of time that allow you to create benchmarks for success.

Are you looking to grow your reach and brand awareness? Try setting up realistic goals like increasing followers by 10% monthly.

Q. how often should I post?

A. Rule of thumb is no more than 2x per day on Facebook and Instagram. Instagram, we’d prefer you stay close to 1 post per day at time(s) when your audience is most active and proven to engage with your content. Cue: Instagram Analytics, which captures and reports your audience’s behavior for you!
